Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

I fell like it takes a lot of clicks to get things done. Some pages are also slow to load.

Automation. We used it along with Zapier and 123Forms to create a prefilled document from a filled form.

How simple it is to use. I can sign on anywhere and make edits to pdf's. I can also convert documents. I've been using pdf filler for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! Just renewed my subscription for year 4!
What do you dislike?
No complaints. Even on the rare occasion where the system crashes, the pdf filler team sends you an email to let you know they're working on correcting the problem. It's usually fixed within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about it twice, use it!

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.
time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures!
Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!

Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!

What is column formatting?
About column formatting The column-formatting text describes the elements that are displayed and their display style. Anyone who can create and manage views in a list can access column formatting from the column settings.
What is the use of column formatting?
You can use column formatting to customize how fields in SharePoint lists and libraries are displayed. To do this, you construct a JSON object that describes the elements that are displayed when a field is included in a list view, and the styles to be applied to those elements.
How do I format a column in a SharePoint list?
To add the column-formatting code, go to your list and click on the column header, then Column settings > Format this column. Access to column-formatting option. Then you can just add your custom JSON and save (preview seems to work in Chrome but not Firefox).
How do I format cells in SharePoint?
