I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

Great app! Use it on my phone which is great and handy in situations where documents need to be signed and done in a hurry. Only down fall is mailing documents sometimes gets sent to spam or junk mail. So tell your recipient to check their spam box just incase.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!
