It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Found that out when I clicked "done" and suddenly the prices came up. Very confusing way to do business.

Just downloaded the software for a rush application. Works great. Much better than some I've tried. Very low learning curve. I was finished with with a four page job application in less than 30 minutes. Now that I have learned the simple controls I can do it in 10.

I don't know why each time I do a function, I have to go back to MY Forms. It would be easier to save or print and stay where I am.
Also, when I update a form, the original creation date stays instead of the updated date.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

Nothing negative! I draw up a lot of contracts for my job and this website makes it much easier.
This is very easy to use, the interface is very clean.
I wish there was an app to support this product. A lot of times I am on the go and I need to fill out PDFs. It would be nice to have an app.

I forgot to cancel after free subscription expired.... My account was debited for the year subscription but my rent was die and they refunded my money. I was so scared about how to get the money.... No worries at all thank you
