Quick and easy editing features. Not sure how to utilized the signing of documents feature, but will figure it out. I also would like to delete old docs no longer needed. An online class for the software use would be appreciated.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is a good cloud-based solution for signing and editing pdf documents without the need for a complete pdf editing suite. Uploading files is very simple. We just select Upload to go to the folder and then we can choose which documents to upload.
What do you dislike?
The speed of returning to the dashboard can be a bit slow sometimes. There is no autosave, so every time you log in on another session, you will exit from the first session and lose your unsaved work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have recommended this service to co-workers and others in my field. These people work with many forms and applications and they can solve many problems related to online documents with PDFfiller.

We can easily add the fields we need to any document. In just a few steps, we can send the document to the recipient to collect information or sign. It is especially useful when I leave my desk and need to sign a document on my phone.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. What do you like best? The ability to import work documents into PDF Filler has made my life seamless. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is that I didn’t find PDF Filler earlier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I’ve realized that integration of documents and the ability to remotely edit them is a skill I didn’t necessarily realize I needed. PDF Filler has allowed me to learn and new skill while at the same time complete my work more efficiently.

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.

Open the View Settings dialog from the View ribbon. Click Columns to open the Show Columns dialog. Click New Column button. Create a custom field of the Yes/No type and add it to the view. Click Other Settings. Enable in-cell editing, so you can check (or uncheck) it to mark an item. Return to Outlook.
With the Active view current, add the custom field as follows: Right-click the title bar and choose Field Chooser. In the Field Chooser dialog, click New (at the bottom). Or click Add Columns in the Arrangement group and then click New Column in the middle of the dialog.
Navigate to Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office under the General section. Choose a background pattern from the Office Background dropdown list. Choose a theme from the Office Theme dropdown list. Click OK to finish.
To add more default fields, you ought to find and press All Fields button, which is usually next to Details button in Show group under Contact tab, shown as the screenshot below. After you press All Fields button, you will get into a new interface, in which you can see Select from line.

On the Home tab, click Change View > Business Card. If you want to edit the contact details, double-click the contact card to open the contact details. Make the changes, then click Save & Close.
