Can't Wait to Convert
So far I am just playing around with things to figure out how everything works. I've used pdfFiller as a signer before but never in any other capacity. I'm looking forward to being able to covert PDF's to Word documents.

The filler was not completing all of…
The filler was not completing all of the number I was trying to type on Florida's RT-6 for example Box 2 & 3 1,600.00 would come out 1,60 .00 Boxes 12a for the employee instead of 4,000.00 would come out 4,1 .00 With Shannen's help I got a work around. The program needs to be fixed.

Can my Section 8 be terminated?
A housing authority can initiate termination of a Section 8 voucher for a number of reasons, including providing misinformation, failure to report changes in income or household size, failure to pay rent or utilities or eviction from the subsidized unit.
Can Section 8 be taken away?
Yes, usually if you breach your Section 8 lease you will be denied future Section 8 assistance. Eviction for non-payment of rent is good cause for losing your Section 8 Voucher. Eviction for causing damage to the rental premises will cause you to lose your Section 8 Voucher.
How long can you stay on Section 8?
There is no time limit for participating in the Section 8 program. But in areas where the demand for housing is high, there is a waiting list which may be closed to keep families from waiting for housing that is not available. In some areas, the wait time is now three to five years.
What happens if you don't report your income to Section 8?
If people on assisted rent are working and don't report their income, they are committing fraud. What other types of fraud do you see? Section 8 demands that all people living at a unit need to be disclosed to Section 8. It is fraud if tenants will allow others to live with them and not report this to Section 8.
How do I fight a Section 8 termination?
To fight to keep your Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, you must request a hearing in writing by the deadline stated in the termination notice and send it or take it to the Housing Authority. You may do this by personal delivery, mail, or any method listed in the termination letter.
How do I appeal a Section 8 termination?
If your PHA rules to terminate your Housing Choice (Section 8) Voucher program assistance, you have a right to appeal the decision. Your PHA is required to notify you in writing that your assistance is being terminated. If this happens to you, you can request a hearing before the deadline set by the PHA.
Can I break my Section 8 lease?
Eviction or Lease Termination An eviction causes problems with Section 8 and may result in termination of your voucher. For more information on eviction, please see Legal Aid's Eviction: The Court Process brochure. Your lease cannot be terminated by your landlord during the initial lease term except for good cause.
