9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

It'd be helpful if there was a visual display on the side when selecting a document, so that I could see what I'm looking at and have the ability to rename it without completely opening it.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I love PDF Filler! What great software. It is so professional to have my documents be PDF fillable and helps my Members who do not have easy access to a computer.
Hmm... There is really nothing that I dislike about PDF Filler. I just wish I had it on every computer.

What do you like best?
I work remotely, don't have a staff or colleagues at my finger tips and find myself in constant need of sending out advertising agreements in an efficient manner. I have the ability with PDF filler to quickly revise and add to routine contracts efficiently.
What do you dislike?
The process, of saving and downloading revisions sometimes requires extra clicks and can be simplified.
