The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFiller for 2 years now, and it doesn't disappoint! It is easy to navigate around, and just as easy to save on to your computer, send as email or just print right away. I also like the new function of saving repeated work as a template. Thanks so much for a great product!

PDFiller is ultra-convenient and super-easy to use. It's in the cloud, so it's easy to access. And it has a vast array of features. Storage is a cinch, whether on your hard drive or in the cloud.
What do you dislike?
I can't think of much that I don't like about the program. There might be a more direct or seamless way to save documents to Google Drive, in terms of getting them straight into a particular folder instead of just onto the Drive, but that's a minor issue.

How do you remove the last 4 of a ZIP code in Excel?
At this point you have the first five digits of the ZIP Code in the original column, and the last four digits (if any) in the previously empty column to the right. You can delete the column containing the four digits, if desired. All you need to do is select the cells containing the ZIP Codes, and then run the macro.
How do I trim a ZIP code in Excel?
Insert a new column, just to the right of the existing ZIP Code column. Assuming the ZIP Codes are in column G and you added a new column H, you can enter the following in cell H₃: Copy this formula into all the appropriate cells of column H. Select the entire column H. Press Ctrl+C. Display the Home tab of the ribbon.
