Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Great Product!
There are many companies that can only access documents in .pdf format so we can edit the documents and send them efficiently using PDFfiller.
It takes a while to learn to edit documents properly.

very practical online fillable forms but using the snail mail from the IRS, i was able to obtain the same forms via mail a week later. I like its free trial but only needed the 2022 W2 form and not the entire services

How do I reduce the file size of a JPEG without losing quality?
How to Compress JPEG Images Open Microsoft Paint. Pick an image, then use the resize button. Choose your preferred image dimensions. Tick the maintain aspect ratio box. Click on OK. Save the photo.
How do I reduce the MB size of a photo?
The Photo Compress app available at Google Play does the same thing for Android users. Download the app and launch it. Select the photos to compress and adjust the size by choosing Resize Image. Be sure to keep the aspect ratio on so the resizing doesn't distort the height or width of the photo.

If your scanner is creating 100-kilobyte files, then your scanner is probably producing images in an uncompressed or slightly compressed JPEG format. Using a program like Paint Shop Pro, you can open the image and re-save it at a different compression ratio to shrink the file size significantly.
