Great after-sales support!
I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point.
Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year.
I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat.
That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment.

Helpful for Digital Signature
Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free!
These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning.
My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.

Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.

How to remove question mark from digital signature in PDF online?
Steps for remove question mark in PDF Steps-1-Open the pdf file and Right click on the Question Mark showing the Validity Unknown. Steps-2-Then Click on Show Signature Properties. Steps-3-After that Click on Show Signer's Certificate & then Select Trust. Steps-4 Click Add to Trusted Identities & Click OK.
How do I remove the signature icon from a PDF?
Provided the document isn't locked, you can then remove your own signature from the PDF by simply right-clicking the signature and choosing the Clear Signature option. This should remove the signature, allowing you to edit or re-sign the PDF.
