Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

Can you change the name on your high school diploma?
Contact the institution that issued you the diploma. Ask if there is a fee associated with having a diploma reissued due to a name change. For misspelled names, include a copy of your birth certificate, driver's license or other government-issued identification.
Can I change the name on my diploma?
Name change on a diploma might be done after changing one's name for another, after naturalization, divorce or marriage. As a result, the name change reflects on the permanent record of a graduate, including the diploma re-issued. Most institutions of higher learning to notarize diplomas without any additional charge.
Can I change my name in high school?
No, it isn't weird at all. In fact, it's fairly common for students to change their names from one year to the next. It's better to do it now rather than later so that your high school diploma has the same name you will be using for college applications, employment, etc.
Can you go by a different name at school?
