It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

Online use without having to download anything onto your computer. If you are a blogger you have too much on your desktop already!
Easy to use. No need to have other software to fill-in your PDFs (contracts, flyers, etc.). This can be used online on any computer. You can even have docs e-signed. There's also a free trial.
I do not have anything bad to say about it. It was easy to use. I will continue to use and refer people to it.

It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.

The tool was very efficient for my work…
The tool was very efficient for my work related updates as well. I was able to store my documents and update it as per necessary. I was looking for a better way to see my documents on the dashboard like a folder view.

Good for regular use
It is ok for people who had to fill and significantly higher number of documents regularly. But whoever has one two documents for a month, quit expensive.

How do I remove a settled account from my credit report?
As part of your debt settlement negotiation, you may be able to get the creditor or debt collector to agree to report your account as paid in full or have them request to have it deleted from your report. You can suggest this in exchange for paying some of your debt or upping the amount you're offering to pay.
How does a settled account affect credit?
Yes, settling a debt instead of paying the full amount can affect your credit scores. When you settle an account, its balance is brought to zero, but your credit report will show the account was settled for less than the full amount.
Can a settled account be removed from credit report?
Typically, though, settling a debt is considered better than not paying it at all. Paying off a collection account also doesn't remove it from your credit report. The now paid collection item stays on your report for seven years from the time your account becomes delinquent.
