I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

Ridiculously time-saving and easily customizable
PDFfiller is a lifesaver as an office assistant, as I'm able to quickly populate imported forms with the info I need without filling them in by hand-which saves me time, ink, and effort!
Little drawbacks to using this-while some files I import aren't already OCR-friendly, it's easy to navigate around and create text input on my own.

Does a rent deposit deed need to be registered?
Rent deposit deeds. Currently, if a rent deposit deed creates a charge over the monies held by a landlord as security for the performance and observance of a tenant's obligations pursuant to a lease, then this charge must be registered at Companies House.

Companies House — rent deposit deeds. Consequentially, this type of RED required registration at Companies House because it includes a form of legal charge. Under the new rules, all legal charges require registration unless they fall within a stated exception.
What is the purpose of a rent deposit deed?
The rent deposit deed sets out how much has been paid by way of a rent deposit and the circumstances in which the landlord may use the deposit. It records (amongst other things) where the deposit will be placed, the grant by the tenant of a charge over the deposit and the procedure for the landlord to withdraw money.
Do commercial leases have security deposits?
Unlike residential leases, there aren't any laws that govern how much a commercial landlord can ask for a security deposit. The security deposit can be used by the landlord for a number of reasons, but most commonly it will be used to cover any damage at the end of your lease if you do not renew your agreement.
Do commercial leases require a deposit?
Two months' rent deposit is standard for most commercial leases. Exceptions to this rule come into effect when the landlord's risk increases. That means either the landlord is spending a lot of money to build the space for the tenant or the tenant may have some difficulties paying the rent (or both).

Damage deposits are usually equivalent to the maximum of one month's rent, but can be any amount that the landlord decides upon in a commercial setting. In most places, the security deposit belongs to the tenant. The landlord may spend it only on certain specific items, like damage beyond ordinary wear and tear or back rent. A landlord cannot spend a security deposit without proper documentation and cause.
What should be included in a commercial lease agreement?
Net lease The tenant pays all or part of taxes, insurance, or maintenance costs that would otherwise be incurred by the landlord in addition to the stated rent. Double net lease The tenant pays taxes, insurance, and rent. Triple net lease The tenant pays taxes, insurance, maintenance, and rent.
