I used their 30 days free trial, of course totally forgot about it and was charged for a year subscription without any notice. But I have to say that they reverted the payment within minutes after my request. Honest and nice service!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

What is a deposit adjustment?
Mobile deposit adjustments are made when the processing team realizes that this particular mobile deposit was already deposited in the account. Many times a customer will make a mobile deposit. Then they keep it in their wallet until they see it posted to their account.
What is a deposit hold adjustment?
what is the “ATM DEPOSIT HOLD” charge? The ATM Deposit hold that you're seeing is the remainder of the funds being held until your check deposit is verified. The full amount of the check deposit made through the ATM before 8:00 PM will usually be available on the next business day.
Why is there a hold on my deposit?
A hold can be placed on your checking account for a variety of reasons. Usually, a bank places a hold on a check or deposit you make into your account. What does transaction correction mean?
When a correction transaction is made, the original transaction data is not deleted, the transaction status is changed to “Corrected.” A copy of the original transaction data is made, and available for you to modify with necessary corrections. The new record contains the same Effective Date as the original transaction.
