There are few issues while importing already filled up PDF files. I would recommend to import the empty form and start filling.

I activated a trial period of pdf…
I activated a trial period of pdf filler to use the service onceoff and i forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. This morning my card was charged for a yearly subscription as soon as i realized this i canceled my subscription and emailed them to ask for a refund and within an hour my funds have been refunded to my account! Honestly the best ever experience from any online service i have used!

Great experience when I used it when I had to switch over to my online college classes, but unfortunately, you cannot add some special characters such as the degree sign not can I put subscripts which I need for my chemistry class, but everything was on point!

What is photo release form?
In basic terms, a photo release form is a contract between the photographer and the client, subject, owner of something in a photograph. Release forms secure legal permission to publish images of people and property.
What should be included in a photo release form?
This type of form includes the information of both involved parties, details of the photos taken, signatures, and the date. The second kind is used for minor subjects, and must be signed by the subject's parent or guardian. This type of photo release is often called a model release form.
Why do you need a photo release form?
An image release form is required when the image will be used for commercial purposes. A simple way to determine if the usage is commercial is to ask yourself if the image is generating money. Creating sales. Or promoting a product, event, or idea. If so, you definitely need a picture release form.
Do you need permission to use a photo of someone?
You do not need permission from someone to take their picture if they are in public view.
