So easy to use not being rejected
My bank required my signature not an electronic signature. Maybe if I used my signature on pdf format I will try that next time.

An Affordable and Easy Solution for Businesses Handling E-Signatures
As an inexpensive and simple tool for signing documents digitally, pdfFiller is unrivaled in value compared to other solutions offered by Adobe and others. Our company uses pdfFiller constantly to compose property deeds for our owners. We also prepare a variety of documents for our Board of Directors to sign conveniently since they are not onsite always.
It does cost more money in monthly subscription fees to have faster access to customer service. At the first time we experienced a technical problem and needed a question answered we did not have the service tier that afforded same-day replies from customer support. This was an inconvenience, but we have since upgraded our services.

Great customer service
This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

What do you like best?
How easy it is to modify PDFs and being able to protect them
What do you dislike?
Not being able to upload more than five pages at a time
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.

no problems so far
no problems so far, only thing I don't like is that the forms you search for come from google and isn't always the same thing you are searching for.

What is a MAX contract?
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. A guaranteed maximum price (also known as GMP, not-to-exceed price, NOTE, or NTP) contract is a cost-type contract (also known as an open-book contract) where the contractor is compensated for actual costs incurred plus a fixed fee subject to a ceiling price.
How does GMP contract work?
In its basic form, a guaranteed maximum price or GMP says a customer will pay you, the contractor, for the costs of doing the job plus an agreed amount of profit to you up to a predefined maximum level. You then have to absorb (eat) cost overruns, but cost under runs are reimbursed to the customer.

Disadvantages to the contractor : He may miscalculate the costs and may have to bear losses in the event of cost overruns. Due to the possibility of losses, the contractor may quote the higher price for the job and may lose the contract in competitive bidding.
