So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

It has helped me merge my PDF documents and i am able to re-arrange pages. I wish it was not limiting the number of pages though. The number of pages increases once you merge a document and once it exceeds that 150 pages, it does not allow one to re-arrange the pages.

There was a bit of a learning curve to getting the software's capabilities down, but once I understood how to use the forms feature and whatnot, I find I really enjoy using your software more than I even like Adobe. I think your program has better templates and features than the others I have tried. Bonus points for being lower priced than Adobe while you're at it.

Where do you insert a page break?
Click or tap in the document where you want a page break.
Go to Insert > Page Break.
Why can't I insert a page break in Word?
You can create a new page at any time by pressing [Ctrl]+[Enter]. Or, click the Page Break option in the Pages group on the Insert tab. (Page Break is on the Insert menu in Word 2003.) Unfortunately, manual page breaks (also known as hard page breaks) cause trouble because they don't flow with the document's structure.
How do you do a page break?
To insert a manual page break, click into the document at the place you want the page break to occur, before an automatic break. Press the Ctrl + Enter keys on your keyboard. Alternatively, click the Layout tab in the Ribbon and click the Breaks drop-down button.
Why is my section break not working?
Instead of deleting the Section Break, put the cursor in the page that follows it and then in the File>Page Setup dialog, go to the Layout tab and change the Section Start to Continuous. You can see all the section breaks and hard returns in a document by pressing Shift+Ctrl+8 to display Word's non-printing characters.
What is the use of page break?
Page Break. A Page Break or hard page break is a code inserted by a software program (e.g., word processor) that tells the printer where to end the current page and begin the next.
How do you remove a page break?
Go Home and select Show/Hide. These displays page breaks while you're working on your document.
Double-click the page break to select it and then press Delete.

On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Show/Hide to show all formatting marks including page breaks.

Click Show/Hide again to hide the remaining formatting marks in the document.
