I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I AM A TAX PREPARER SO YOU CAN IMAGINE AT THE BUSIEST TIME HAVING TO RUSH AND GO BUY FORMS OR ORDER ONLINE, IT WAS EASY VERY SELF EXPLANATORY. WOULD LIKE TO SEE ADDITIONAL FEATURES, SAVE THE EIN NUMBER, PREFILL THE SS AND MEDICARE WHEN YOU PUT IN THE AGI.

It's great. My kids have a lot of form for school that we have to print, sign, and then scan back into the computer. This prevents them (or me) from having to do this, great software!

Love the product, but would like a better digital signature section . . . Right now the email client/messaging is a little clumsy and customers are not able to properly sign and return docs digitally. They are too often still having to scan. Thanks.

It works and I'll keep using it!
It's been a good experience. I have used it several times and it gets the job done.
I get PDFs sent to me from time to time and it can't get much simpler than using the PDFfiller. It works great.
Nothing that I am unhappy with. It works every time and I have come to depend on it. Allows me to be professional and quick.

One of the better document editing apps available
Allows you to go completely paperless. Create pdf files from Excel, Word, etc. Merge or split different files. Offers electronic signatures. Easy to operate. Can track if the document has been viewed.
The app does what it says it does but in order to use more advanced features and options, the cost can get expensive.

What do you like best?
I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness.
What do you dislike?
I have not found anything that I dislike about it.

I save time by not having to print and scan forms and also saves paper.

I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.

Easy for On the Go Editing
This works great for creating editable PDFs & exporting them to clients. Can send for signatures and edit details for initial, etc.
I don't dislike it but it could offer more features for the price.
