It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

Satisfied customer
I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. How do I watch recorded shows on spectrum?
Press the DVR button on the remote to view the list of recordings, or choose one displayed in My Library. Highlight the recording and press OK, then select DELETE and confirm on the next screen.
Can you watch your DVR on the Spectrum app?
Spectrum Cloud DVR (CDR) allows you to record TV programs and view them remotely from your devices. You can access CDR recordings on Spectrum TV.net or through the Spectrum TV app on Roku, Apple devices, Android devices and Apple TV. Additional details: You can watch recordings both in and out of the home.
What is the Watch list on spectrum?
Watch list. The Watch list category displays On Demand titles that you've saved for future viewing. To add a program to your Watch list: Press Menu on your remote to open the Spectrum Guide Main Menu.
How do I change my Spectrum Guide?
Press the Menu key on your remote. Select Settings & Support. Choose Preferences. Select Guide Settings. Choose a position for the Mini Guide. Select either Top or Bottom. Select Save.
How do you get a spectrum guide?
The full-screen grid guide is displayed when you press the GUIDE button on the remote. You can also select Guide from the Spectrum Guide menu. The Mini Guide lets you continue to watch a program while browsing listings in a window. Press the OK button on the remote twice to display the Mini Guide.
How do I remove channels from my Spectrum Guide?
Go to 'Menu > Settings > Edit Channels'. Enter 0000 when asked for the Password. Highlight 'Edit Channel List' and press OK. Scroll to a channel that you want to delete and press OK to tick the channel.
