User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. The intricacies of weaving through browser and google app to use this plugin are quite noteworthy. I consider it a great achievement that the plugin seems to work, even when it encounters strange circumstances. For all that this is a bit ungainly, there were some things I wished worked a little better, but overall quite good.

How do I keep the footer at the bottom of bootstrap?
Give you footer absolute positioning, bottom: 0, left:0 and width: 100%. Then go back to your body and assign a padding bottom that is the same as the height of the footer. This will create a 'sticky' footer.
Why is my footer not at the bottom?
A fixed position element is positioned relative to the viewport, or the browser window itself. If they place the footer at the bottom of the body, there's no reason to use any of them because it is the last item to be displayed (static). The issue I saw was too much redundant code.
How do I keep DIVS at the bottom?
Set the position of div at the bottom of its container can be done using bottom, and position property. Set position value to absolute and bottom value to zero to place a div at the bottom of container.
