The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.

The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

LOVE it!
Everything thing in this app is easily navigated, you are able to save documents to revise later. A big pro for me is when you send a PDF, say as soon as you hit send, you are like "oh my goodness I forget a important part"
You can go into that sent email and revise or add on. As long as the recipient has not opened it yet.
Im not fond of the code to open the PDF you have sent, expires for them. I'm still rather new to this so I plan on leaving another review once I figure out ALL the kinks of the app

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.
