I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

It is kind of expensive if you can't afford to pay for the whole year at once but the features and ease of using the program are far better than other programs I've trialed.

I've enjoyed editing a pdf calendar with my families birthday and anniversary dates to gift this Christmas. Editing was a snap and I have saved my work so I can add more info if needed.

I like that I can fill in forms for all of my taxes, and they are saved permanently for future reference.
What do you dislike?
It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.

Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. Also, when you need your signature on something you are working on, pdfFiller is wonderful for that. I used their 30 days free trial, of course totally forgot about it and was charged for a year subscription without any notice. But I have to say that they reverted the payment within minutes after my request. Honest and nice service!
