What do you like best?
I use Quickbooks and have to send out 1099NT which is not a capability in Quickbooks. 1099 forms must be scannable and I can purchase the printed forms and fill it out on PDFfiller. I can then print on the scannable forms and they are perfectly aligned. Saves time and money. Also, I like the fact that I can create a template so I don't have to re-type the same company information, tax numbers, etc. The product is easy to use.
What do you dislike?
I don't really dislike anything about PDFfiller. Other than maybe the fact that I probably don't use it enough to offset the cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use - I intended to use for a month and then cancel, but I ended up keeping it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mostly use for 1099NT's as mentioned above. I really need to explore!

Log in to your Gmail or Google account and click the “Drive” link at the top of the page. Click the red “Create” button in the left column and then select “Form.” A form template opens in a new tab. Type a name for the form in the “Title” field. Select one of the templates and click “Ok.”
Google Docs currently does not provide a way to make fillable PDFs, but you can use add-on Fillable Document that makes Google Doc as a live fillable form, stores submitted data into Google Sheets, generate merged Docs & PDFs and deliver through template email.
Go to Insert Special Characters Format & Whitespace Whitespace, and select the ninth from the left on the top row: PUNCTUATION SPACE or U+2008. It presents a uniform space for Docs to underline. Then copy it (CTRL+c) and paste it (CTRL) where you need it.
Step 1: Create a new online form. To create a brand-new form, click the Forms tab and then click +New Form. Step 2: Add fields to your form. Step 3: Customize the form-taking experience. Step 4: Skip steps 1-3. Step 5: Share your form.

Right-click on the PDF file in the file list and select Open With > Google Docs. The PDF file is converted to a Google Doc containing editable text. Notice that the Google Docs version of the file still has the . Pdf extension on it, so the files have the same name in the list.
