Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Still trying to navigate system. Like concept. Would like template in which I could answer set of questions and answers automatically are filled in in right spot on forms.

Was a little cumbersome at first, but was able to figure out on own which says a lot about a computer program minus an instruction booklet. Yeah, I'm a little on the geek side.

I have had a very good experiente with pdf filler. I added an identification tag to almíscar all pdf files I had to send to the Court.
I was a Little disappointed because there is not a tool to make these files less heavy... but may be you can develop it soon...

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.
