Don't let the name fool you, it does so much more than allow editing I use pdfFiller to sign agreements when I'm traveling and don't have the version of Acrobat where you can sign, on my computer. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues.

What do you like best? It is so easy to upload a document and make any edits to it. It saves you work so you can continue to use the same document! You can email, print or save PDF. Super helpful for property management when you have several notices! What do you dislike? Sometimes it's hard to make everything set up perfectly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to reuse the same document over and over!

What do you like best? The ability to edit almost any part of a pdf has saved me on countless hours of retyping a document for one minor change. The interface is very easy as well What do you dislike? The only improvement I would like to see is the ability to remove sections (cut) and move others into the opening. I may be a novice and this ability does exist, but if it does not, I personally would find it beneficial What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to correct sentances, paragraphs or simply small typos. The ability to adjust those without redoing an entire document is an amazing benefit.

A notarized document features the content of the original document and a notarial certificate that includes a notary seal. An official notary seal has four essential elements that include the words “notary public” and the location of the notary as commissioned, which is usually the county and state.
Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you personally know this person as (name of person whose signature is to be notarized), and that he/she is the person named in the document to be notarized (so help you God)? Notaries often skip the essential act of administering the oath, resulting in the document being declared invalid by the court or rejected by the receiving party. Instead, the signer must acknowledge to an authorized person that he understands the document and is signing or has signed the document voluntarily.
