Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. I had signed up and not cancelled the subscription properly, so I was charged for something I will never used. Jumped on chat, which is usually awful, not a bot, a human, who liked my jokes. Refunded no quibble. If I ever need a pdf filler I will definitely sign up.

How do I Certify a PDF document?
For a single PDF or a component PDF in a PDF Portfolio, open the PDF. For a PDF Portfolio, open the PDF Portfolio and choose View > Portfolio > Cover Sheet. 2 Select Tools > Protection > Encrypt > Remove. If you don't see the Protection panel, see the instructions for adding panels at Task panes on page 9.
How do I certify a PDF document?
On the Protect tab, in the Certify Document group, click Certify.
On the Certify Profile Wizard, choose the actions you want to permit from the Permitted actions list.
Click Next.
Select a digital ID to certify with, and choose whether to make the certificate visible.
