I'm sure the service is extremely useful to the computer literates, but I'm not one of them. Although it's not rocket science, I'm old fashioned and was hoping to talk to someone and walk me through it over the phone. Not a bad experience though...

Works fast and easy
Works fast and easy, great service!I had signed up very briefly to edit some pdfs for work. The program worked smoothly, but then I foolishly forgot to end my membership, and was billed for a years' worth of their service, which I did not need. Their customer support was top-notch and had my problem resolved in just a few minutes. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a company that is responsive to their customers.

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. Anything I have paid for the program and year subscription was was worth the service I got. I hope she is recognized as the best! Thanks to the program but most of all to her. Great job!

The tool is a little hard to learn at first and takes some exporting and testing to settle on desired outcomes but was very happy with the end result. I canceled my use as i only needed it for one document but if i were regularly building docs like this i may have kept it.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. I had to type information into a PDF…
I had to type information into a PDF document and I couldn't do it in Windows 10; I found pdf.filler.com and was able to type in my information easily!

Is a DOCX file safe?
DOCX is a zip file of XML, and that can be unsafe. In short, it sucks. Almost everything out there is dangerous. Keep yourself patched (many exploits are from bugs) get antivirus, don't use IE, use Chrome or Mozilla.
How can you tell if an attachment is a virus?
Save the suspected mail as attachment.
Create a new email.
In the To field, type scan@virustotal.com.
If you want the Virus Total Online Scanner results in plain text, write SCAN in the subject line; if you need an XML version too, write SCAN+XML in the subject line.
How do I scan an attachment for viruses?
