In my line of work (payroll) it's a lot easier to be able to fill out some of the paperwork that I need to send to employees/managers and attach it via email instead of handwriting it and scan it to them.

PDFfiller is a GREAT program with INCREDIBLE customer service! PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. You just do not see that level of customer care combined with great products anymore. I was quite impressed!

Hi Marie, when viewing drafts in the Drafts folder, tap on any message in the list to open it. To continue editing and, ultimately, to send it tap on the edit icon (a pencil at the right of the Subject line).
A draft is essentially where you last left off before texting someone else, or doing some other activity. A text message draft is a text that you write, and you save what you wrote so far, so you can add on to it later or send it later.
Saving messages as drafts You can save your message as a draft to be completed and sent at a later time. Draft messages are saved in your Draft folder until you send them or delete them from the folder. You can enable a preference to automatically save your email as a draft while you are composing the message.
Hi, Once a draft email has been sent, then it will be moved from the Draft folder and be placed in the Sent folder. This indicates that the draft email has been sent. If you'll check it on the Sent folder, to continue writing won't longer be seen.
Tap on the “return” button in the top left corner. The message will automatically be saved in drafts. You will see a message pop up at the bottom of the screen confirming the message was saved in drafts. To find the message again, edit, and send it, select your 'Drafts' folder from the slide-out navigation pane.
Once Draft messages are created, and you want to check the list of Draft message, just go to Messaging→tap sub menu→tap on Draft Messages to see the list of Draft Messages.

Open the Drafts folder, tap the draft email to open it in the editor. At this point, you should see the normal Send button along with all the other options you normally have when creating a new or reply email.
