Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments. I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it. I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised. I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

Business Letter Formats. Most business letters must include a return address (letterhead or your name and address), date, an inside address (receiver's name and address), a salutation, body paragraphs, and a closing.
In block format, the entire text is left aligned and single spaced. The exception to the single spacing is a double space between paragraphs (instead of indents for paragraphs). An example block style letter is shown below and can be linked to in our e-book, The AMA Handbook of Business Writing, page 455.
Use a standard business letter format and template: The most widely used format for business letters is “block style,” where the text of the entire letter is justified left. The text is single spaced, except for double spaces between paragraphs.
A business letter is a formal document, with a set structure. As you can see from the examples in the links below, a business letter has a very defined format. A business letter includes contact information, a salutation, the body of the letter, a complimentary close, and a signature.
There are three main styles of business letter: block, modified block, and semi-block styles.
The best business letter format spacing is single space, and leave a line space between each paragraph. Left justify each paragraph. The first paragraph should provide a friendly greeting and an introduction to the letter's motive.
To write a business letter, start by putting your company's name and address on the top left-hand side of the page. Then, put the date below that, followed by the recipient's name, job title, and address.
