Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I simply just love it....
I can use it on the GO and there is no need for me to have a printer.
It's very easy to use and I can just access anywhere, All I have to do is simply just fill it out, save it and email it.... Who needs a printer.

This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.
