I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

I was disappointed that the orm did not perform the calculations called for - I had to do them off line on a calculator. Did I miss something? Type size was very small and I did not know how to change it.

Very Satisfied and excellent customer service. After a charge dispute, the error was fixed immediately. Then had a print problem and that problem was corrected before I could explain to CS. Great service!!!!

It works and is easy to use. I think it is a little pricey for the occasional individual user. Would like to have options based on degree of use: e.g., individual vs corporate.

this makes filling out medical forms sooo much easier. I can fill them out and email them back without needing to print them and rescan or fax them back. Thank you for this wonderful software !
So this being a followup review I can tell you I still love it as much as I did before. I was able to use it to fill out medical forms and also a form for a winter retreat. The only drawback to this PDFfiller.com is the cost.

What do you like best?
I subscribed to pdfFiller because a vendor sent me a pdfFiller form document that I needed to print. I canceled within the 30 day free trial period before my company card was charged. The cancelation was easy and the PDFfiller customer support desk was very responsive and professional in explaining a small temporary charge to my card. I likely will end up a customer.
