Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. I was able to locate and complete 10 years worth of 1099-R's online quite easily. They looked very nice and the process was much better than trying to hand type them on a typewriter! Saving the forms in multiple formats will also come in handy in the future.

I like the fact I can do this online. But, being new, it's complicated finding my way around. I cannot figure out why the font changes size when completing column J - both lines.

I only just started using it
I only just started using it, so only 4 stars, but I don't see any issues other than the lack of fonts in the signature section. Seems to be a solid app.

It was something I needed temporarily. If I had a continuous need for this program, I would keep it and continue to use it. I really did enjoy the ease of this program.

I would like to request developers to incoporate "rotating page" for some documents that may be uploaded upside down

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. They were very understanding and accommodating.

How do I change the quantity of an item on Amazon?
Click the “Inventory” tab followed by “Manage Inventory.” Select “Active” under “My Inventory” on the left side of the screen. Enter the new quantity of the item in the “Quantity” column next to the item whose quantity you want to change. Click “Save” to save your changes.
