What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.

The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Small business friendly
Filling out forms for business accounts and taxes looks very professional using this software.
I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance.
Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.

The PDF writer worked perfect for what I needed
Pretty easy to use and worked just as advised. I needed this to fill out PDF documents vs. printing them out and hand writing them. In addition finish product is neat and looks professional.
Don't have any negatives other than if it where free it would be even better, but the fee is small in relationship to what you gain.

Just plain user-friendly
Very intuitive UX. Just easy to use that I don't even have to think about it.
Normally I can see negatives with a product. Not this time however. Works great.

Feature filled and easy to use.
I've had an overall great experience using PDFiller. The variety of features gives me the convenience to edit my documents, save them, upload them to my account and allows me to easily send them by email to be signed.

There are some glitches
There are some glitches, like if you type to fast it will double or triple the word your typing. But other than that it's great.

I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form. Can basic salary be changed?
Under the new system there is a probability that for few employees the basic salary may decrease from their present basic salary., though their gross will either not change or may increase. The employees so affected are also okay with the change.
Can basic salary be increased?
”Generally, a higher basic pay enhances the tax exemption limit for HRA. It also increases contribution towards retirement benefits like provident fund (usually 12 per cent of the basic pay) and superannuation fund, which means a lower take-home salary,” says Prized Firewall, partner, Tax, KPMG.
What is the maximum limit of basic salary?
Ideally companies keep their Basic salary between 20-30% of the gross salary. But as an employee grows in level/designation, usually some companies put a cap on the amount of Basic salary, since it has impact on PF / Gratuity etc.
Is basic salary can be reduced?
You cannot reduce the basic salary of any employee. Please understand that all the statutory deductions like PF, gratuity, superannuation are based on it. The quantum of deduction cannot come down from a given level.
What should be the basic salary?
The total of basic pay and grade pay is used in assessing dearness and other allowances. Usually, basic salary is 40% to 50% of CTC (Cost to Company). Statutory components such as bonus, PF, gratuity and other benefits are determined on the basis of the basic salary.
Can an employer reduce your basic salary?
If an employer cuts an employee's pay without telling him, it is considered a breach of contract. Pay cuts are legal as long as they are not done discriminatory (i.e., based on the employee's race, gender, religion, and/or age). To be legal, a person's earnings after the pay cut must also be at least minimum wage.
