Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. Easy to use It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner Easy to upload specific documents for editing. When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

A very easy to use program A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

PDF Filler is a great website for me to… PDF Filler is a great website for me to use. It's simple and convenient since I don't need to fill everything by hand. The only issues I have are filling in the date because I'm required to manually select the day, month, and year. Another issue is the website automatically switching to the next page which is annoying because I want to check all the fill ins are correct. Lastly, the layout of the website is rather confusing because I had to spent a couple of minutes figuring out how to import documents and other stuff. That's why PDF Filler gets a 4 star rating because of these mild inconvenience.
