IRS changed the 1099 misc form
IRS changed the 1099 misc form, so I had to find an alternative access to the 1099 misc form that showed non employee compensation. The 1099 NEC form was the form I needed. A new bokkeeper will handlethis from now on. Thank you

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Pdffiller has by far the best support team that I have ever experienced. They can be contacted day or night to help resolve any problem or question I have had. They are fast and provide answers promptly. They even send links or videos to show you how to solve the problem. Pdffiller is great for sending fillable and signable documents used in the medical field because they offer hippa compliance, encryption and secure cloud storage. I highly recommend pdffiller.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
