How do I reboot my Em signer?
Update java with the latest version.
Install em signer with the latest version (Currently 2.6 version available)
Restart the computer.
Login to GST portal via Google Chrome.
Start em signer utility with administrator right (Right click and Run as administrator)
Click Register DSC Add/Update on GST portal.
What to do if Em signer is not working?
Run the em signer as administrator.
Open the portal, fill the appropriate details go to till update register DSC.
Click on Advanced.
Click proceed to 127.0.0.1(unsafe)
Come back to GST portal, refresh the page.
Click on register Digital signature.
How do I enable Em signer in Chrome?
Click on Show advance settings hyperlink, and Click on “Content settings” button.
Select “Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)” under JavaScript's in content settings window.
Why DSC is not working in Chrome?
Most common reason why digital signing with EID card in e-services fails is that signing plugin (Token signing) status is 'Disabled'. Follow these steps to enable 'Token signing' plugin: run Google Chrome and on top right corner click on icon which reminds three (3) dots and choose 'More tools > Extensions';
