What do you like best?
The ability to easily sign documentation, and have these pages sent directly to their intended recipients from one location. That it is cloud based and it's easy ability to integrate with our existing customer support solutions and office365
What do you dislike?
Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.

PDF Filler has wonderful customers… PDF Filler has wonderful customers service. They provide a very extensive service and if I ever need such a comprehensive program again they will be whom I will sign up with. They took care of my needs and quickly helped me when I needed some extra help.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help! We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service. There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.

duplicate pages I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

In OneNote, click or tap on the page where you want your table to appear. Click or tap Insert > Table, and then drag the cursor over the grid until you highlight the number of columns and rows you want. When the table is inserted, the Table tab appears on the ribbon with controls you can use to customize the table.
On the menu bar, click Insert > Table to insert a starter table with 4 columns and 4 rows. While typing text on the current page, press the Tab key on your keyboard to begin a new table with two columns. The text you've already typed is placed in the first column and OneNote inserts a second column to the right of it.
The other way to insert a table is by typing a word on the page and typing Tab. You can continue to hit the Tab button to increase the amount of columns. To add rows hold down the CTRL key and press ENTER. Continue this process until you have the desired amount of rows and columns.
Ctrl + 4: It is used to apply or clear the “Remember for later” tag. Ctrl + 5: It is used to apply or clear the “Definition” tag. Ctrl + 6 or Ctrl + 7 or Ctrl + 8 or Ctrl + 9: It is used to apply or clear the “Custom” tag. Ctrl + Q: It is used to mark the current page as unread.
Visio includes shapes to build a table in a drawing, though their editing capabilities are limited. If you want a table you can customize, or you want to show information that might change, it's best to build a table in Excel, Word or PowerPoint, and paste it onto your drawing.
