The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

With a Quick scan of any Paper form I can fill in without any challenges.

You can easily create a form where the recipient can put his or her signature by using its send to sign tool. You can share your document. You can email it. Whats best is that you can have your form notarized.
Pdffiller has different plans and price is affordable depending on the number of users. However chat support or customer support's turn around time to resolve issue also depends on your plan. If it is just basic, expect support to attend to you within 24 hours. If you have the premium, then it will be instant support.

Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.

Can I get a refund in cash if I paid by card?
No, it's not possible to make a purchase with a credit card and then return what you bought for a cash refund. It's Complicated: As mentioned above, your credit card company basically pays for the purchases that you make with plastic, reducing your available credit in the process, and you pay it back at a later date.
