Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts
What do you dislike?
I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. This is a great service
This is a great service. Easy to use. Easy to upload, edit and share documents you need others to review. Also extremely easy to fax and there's even a service to mail the document within the U.S. from your computer from anywhere in the world. Highly recommend it.
