Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. The search option brought up the forms I needed. In on instance multiple versions were on different sites. I was able to bring in to the appropriate version by typing in the URL, I found that to be a real time saver.

It works and is easy to use. I think it is a little pricey for the occasional individual user. Would like to have options based on degree of use: e.g., individual vs corporate.

This is an excellent way to file claims. I print through the mobile app because it is so convenient. I am getting good results with claim processing. This is a good tool for my office.

I think 40 dollars is too much, but...
I think 40 dollars is too much, what you offer is well worth it except for the fact that it's a service I would only use occasionally. So 40 bucks every month is way too much for me. But I do love what you offer.

Easy to use. Has an issue with locating my document on my device when done. Took a few minutes to find it in downloads instead of documents.
