Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

Streamline document management with real ease. We use this tool for document management mainly and it does the job with ease. Document upload is real quick Mobile applications work really good. Edit or add content to your PDF file, I love this feature as it helps to add content whenever required before sending it to the customers. I don't see any disadvantage with this tool.

Great features. Easy to learn. The features I've used so far have been fantastic. pdfFiller is quick and easy to learn. The only feature it doesn't have that I would utilise is when creating a form and using the 'formula' option I'd like to be able to add formulas like in excel e.g. =field_1 so that I can duplicate a form entry where it has been entered previously. I chatted with the live support team about this and they were fast to respond & took this request onboard for future updates. A great product and fantastic customer service.

This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. In Word, select the Home tab (you may already be there as that is the default tab). Follow the Home Ribbon to the right (after the Font and Paragraph sections) to the Styles Section. Listed in the Styles Section are various Headings, among them, Collapsible Headings.
Select the text you want to hide, switch to the Home tab on the Ribbon, and then click the arrow at the bottom right of the Font group. This opens up the Font window. Turn on the Hidden option and then click the OK button. That's all there is to it.
