King of PDF Filling
PDFfiller really saves time by allowing you to directly write on the PDF. Previously I had to print it out and fill out the details and have to rescan the document and PDFfiller eliminates all these steps.
It's very simple to use as you just have to drop the PDF file which needs to be filled.
The biggest advantage is that it also works with a file which is not "fillable" by allowing you to add text and images on it.
Often times larger PDF file doesn't work directly so I have to divide it and have to re-upload them again. I think it would be really helpful if PDFfiller allows such functionality by default where it either works directly or ability to divide it on their website.

Learning how to use pdffiller
I'm just learning how to use pdffiller, and it's very easy to pick up. Of course, I've had to ask their tech support for help, and later discovered the answers were simple and in my face! It's all there. Tech support is great. They get back to you asap with very friendly and pertinent info.
I especially like the fact that you can create paperless docs and set them up to reuse them as templates. I think it's a great product!

pdfFiller makes everything look more professional!
Wonderful platform with tools that made our forms and electronic documents highly professional.
Program allowed us to create fillable checklist for employees to use on jobs. The connectivity to other platforms really helped make it a snap to upload and rework forms for maximum efficiency.
We don't use it enough to maintain a constant subscription--would like a month by month subscription that could be turned on/ off as needed.

Can't Wait to Convert
So far I am just playing around with things to figure out how everything works. I've used pdfFiller as a signer before but never in any other capacity. I'm looking forward to being able to covert PDF's to Word documents.

What do you like best?
Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients.

The need to create customized forms for each client. Saves time during client communication to easily share a link via email, client portal or text message. Streamlines our processes and increases efficiency for team with access to completed documents. Great benefit for routine business operations with forms that we use daily for multiple lines of service.

What do you like best?
It is very helpful to be able to fill pdf's in. It also saves paper and time. I hate having to print a form out, fill it in by hand and then scan it into the computer just to turn around and email it. With pdfFiller I can do the work on my computer, it looks professional and then I simply save it and email it. I also like the fax option.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I have a little trouble getting everything just where I want it. But the more I use it the easier it becomes. I feel that I will like it even more the more I use it.

I am solving the wasted paper and time. I am able to keep everything electronically. Forms look more professional. I do not have to pay a separate service for a fax line which I only use a few times a year, I fax straight from pdfFiller.

What is a Webfoot Cert bot?
Webfoot. Webfoot authentication works by designating a folder which contents are available publicly. Cert bot then places a file there then pings a remote server that tries to fetch it. That's why it's called webfoot, as you need to specify the root of the web-serving domain.
Where are Cert bot certificates stored?
All generated keys and issued certificates can be found in /etc/lets encrypt/live/domain.
How do you use Cert bot?
Step 1 Installing Cert bot. Cert bot is packaged in an extra repository called Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux (EXPEL).

What is a Cert bot?
Cert bot is part of EFF's effort to encrypt the entire Internet. Cert bot is an easy-to-use client that fetches a certificate from Lets Encrypt an open certificate authority launched by the EFF, Mozilla, and other sand deploys it to a web server.
What port does Cert bot use?
Cert bot needs to answer a cryptographic challenge issued by the Let's Encrypt API in order to prove we control our domain. It uses ports 80 (HTTP) or 443 (HTTPS) to accomplish this. Open up the appropriate port in your firewall: sudo UFW allow 80.
What port does Lets encrypt use?
To use Let's Encrypt, you need to allow outbound port 443 traffic from the machines running your ACME client. We don't publish the IP ranges for our ACME service, and they will change without notice. For the http-01 ACME challenge, you need to allow inbound port 80 traffic.
