I needed to create new documents when…
I needed to create new documents when my original templates had disappeared because I moved and my email locked me out. PDF Filler came to the rescue and made it possible for me to create all new documents and templates and I was back in business.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. I had issues with making changes and saving my documents. I reached out to Support and the help I received was excellent. The Support listened to my issue and tried to understand the problem. She persisted with suggestions until a solution was found and the programme worked. i appreciate how hard she tried to fix my issue.

Great services with an excellent customer care policy
I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism!
