Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

What does import file mean?
Import files are documents, images or other digital items that a person has transferred from one program into another. The process of importing a file means to download it onto a platform from a different source. Upon importing, the active program has to recognize and decode the file for use.
What does export file mean?
In a personal computer application, to export is to convert a file into another format than the one it is currently in. Once the file is exported to the desired format (specified in its file name suffix), it can be opened and worked on by an application that recognizes and uses this format.
How do I export data from opera to excel?
Select the menu option Configuration>External>Export Files. All generic exports provided by OPERA SID data are available here. The Export File List screen shows the File Type (the export file name) and Description (description of the export).
