Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER
I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed.
Nothing too bad but sometimes the converter feature would hang when I was converting large documents.

It's ok. While I rewrite the original words into another language, I want to down the line to look natural but it's not... because the line just leaves that much space

Is a PDF a machine readable format?
A human can easily read and understand the data (some statistical knowledge may be required, results may vary). Unfortunately, a machine cannot automatically read or process this data as PDFs are not structured data.
How do I turn a PDF into a mind map?

Why is PDF not machine readable?
Any PDF files that not allow you to copy and paste (those owner-password protected PDF excluded) are not machine readable, to make them searchable and readable by your machine, you have to apply OCR on the PDF file.
