Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

What do you like best? I am able to send documents out for a signature and receive them back signed during a Zoom Video Conference. What do you dislike? I wish it was compatible with our personal case management software program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have E-signatures on the original documents and not having to use multiple copies.

Questions? We have answers. Select Add signature. Click Image, then Select image to browse for an image of your handwritten signature. Drag your new electronic signature into a signature field or anywhere on the PDF. Sign in to download or share your signed document.
Exporting Steps: In Acrobat or Reader, go to Edit > Preferences. In the window that appears, under Categories on the left, select Security. Under Security Settings, click Export.
Under Digital IDs, select Import/Export. Select Export Your Digital ID to a file. Choose Select and then select the correct certificate. Select Browse and choose a location to save the file.
Extracting digital signature files Search for the record which has the electronic document attached whose digital signature you want to extract. Right-click the record and select Properties. Select the Renditions tab. Right-click the digital signature rendition and select Extract.
How to add an e-signature Open a document with Adobe Acrobat. Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat downloaded. Type, draw, or upload your signature. With Adobe Acrobat there are three ways to add a signature. Drag and drop your signature into the correct field. Save and send the PDF.
Upload your document into the electronic signature application, such as our eSignature application. Drag in the signature, text and date fields where the recipient needs to take action. Click send. The electronic signature application will email a link to the recipient so they can access the document and sign.
In the Identities & Trusted Certificates section click on More. Click on the Export button at the top of the box. Choose whether or not you want to Email the file to someone or Save the data to a file and transfer the certificate to them manually. (The latter is the more secure method).
You can copy the signature from a PDF to a Word document by using the screenshot method. Open the PDF document and take a screenshot of the signature. Next, save the screenshot on your PC storage. In Word, click "Insert" > "Image" > "this device" and add the image through the browse window.
