Great Product!
There are many companies that can only access documents in .pdf format so we can edit the documents and send them efficiently using PDFfiller.
It takes a while to learn to edit documents properly.

It got the immediate job done but there were a few hiccups. I don't particularly like their way text is displayed in the larger fill-in fields. The form I was filling out was very complicated and required numerous references to a "Remarks" section at the end of the form because there was insufficient space with the numbered questions to put complete answers without overwriting onto the next numbered question. Consequently, the Remarks section was filled necessitating a separate attachment to contain all the remarks. In the remarks section, I cross-referenced to the numbered question for clarity, e.g. "Question 12(b)..." When I viewed the form on the screen the formatting looked fine but when it printed, the "Q" in the word Question was on one line and everything else "question 12(b) was on the next line. I would like to know how to avoid that issue in the future.

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.

What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

Can I extend my eviction notice?
You cannot force the landlord to give you an extension. You may be able to negotiate one. But, he will probably want to be paid for it. An eviction proceeding can take some time.
How can I extend my eviction?
Before you ask for more time. First, determine whether you can “vacate,” or throw out, your judgment. Prepare your motion. You will need to fill out a Motion to Extend Stay of Eviction Order and a Notice of Motion. File your motion. Go to court.

How long can you drag out an eviction?
Your landlord must give you a written Eviction Notice, sometimes called a “Notice To Quit.” If you do not have a lease, the Notice will tell you that you have either 7 days or 30 days to move out. If you have a lease then the lease will usually say what kind of notice the landlord has to give you.
Can you postpone eviction court date?
It will usually be the second Thursday after the entry date, although it may be different in some courts. If you file discovery with the court and your landlord or landlord's lawyer (if she has one) by the answer date, the court will automatically reschedule the original trial date and postpone it for 2 weeks.
What happens if you miss an eviction court date?
If you missed your eviction trial and a court entered a default judgment against you, this means your landlord wins the case and can evict you approximately 2 weeks from the trial date. Ask the clerk to schedule the hearing within 10 days of the trial date that you missed.
How do I reschedule an eviction?
A Motion to Stay (Delay) Order for Summary Eviction allows the tenant to ask the court to “stay” (pause) a summary eviction and grant the tenant up to ten more days to move. (NRS 70.010(2). JC RCP 110.) A tenant can file a motion to stay at any time after an eviction notice is served.
