Great application. Only slight problem with address box, press the <enter> ket 3 or 4 times after filling sender address to keep it from printing over instructions in box immediately beneath.

Quick and easy editing features. Not sure how to utilized the signing of documents feature, but will figure it out. I also would like to delete old docs no longer needed. An online class for the software use would be appreciated.

I have been using PDFiller for 2 years now, and it doesn't disappoint! It is easy to navigate around, and just as easy to save on to your computer, send as email or just print right away. I also like the new function of saving repeated work as a template. Thanks so much for a great product!

How late can I apply for OPT extension?
USCIS must receive your OPT STEM Extension application before the expiration date of your post completion EAD and within 60 days of the OPT STEM recommendation. You can apply up to 90 days before your post-completion EAD expiration date.
How late can you apply for OPT?
You can apply for OPT from 90 days before your end date, until 60 days after your end date. USCIS must receipt (not receive) your application no later than 60 days after your I-20 end date.
How long before graduation should I apply for OPT?
Students may apply for Post-completion (post-graduation) OPT up to 90 days before completion of studies and up to 60 days after. USCIS must receive the application no later than 60 days after graduation or 60 days beyond the Form I-20 end date (whichever is earlier).
Can I stay in US while waiting for OPT?
Yes. Though you can remain in the U.S. while your OPT is pending, even beyond the expiry of your grace period. Students on Post-OPT must report any employment changes through the SVP Portal within 10 days of the change. STEM Extension students should use the STEM Reporting E-Form found on our Forms & Guides page.
How long can I stay after OPT expires?
How long can I stay in the U.S. after my OPT expires? 60 days. This only applies if you have completed OPT. If you are on post-completion OPT and have accrued more than 90 days of unemployment, you are considered out of status and are not eligible for the 60-day grace period.
What happens if I apply for OPT but don't graduate?
What happens if I apply for OPT but don't graduate? Once an OPT application is approved, it cannot be cancelled. They will still receive their EAD and must still be employed to meet OPT regulations (no more than 90 cumulative days of unemployment during the year) while finishing their program.

Yes, you can apply for a STEM OPT Extension before your OPT EAD expires. If you are planning to file for an H-1B and STEM at the same time, you should submit your STEM OPT application on time, before the original 12 month EAD expires.
