The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

I am new user and able to start filling in some court documents even though I don't have Zero experience. Makes me pleased to use this software. In the future I would not mind attending online tutoring sessions if offered.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. An absolute lifesaver for form completion on the fly!
PDFfiller is making it much easier for our staff to complete and customize forms that we use for client requests on a regular basis. Having a cloud/web-based solution for this makes things even more convenient!

Worth the money
I've been subscribing to this service for several years! I love it! It's nice to be able to start on my laptop or phone and pick up where I left off on the other device. The download notification feature is nice because it ensures the person got your email and actually downloaded the file. Will maintain my subscription for the immediate future.

I think the app is very good, well worth the price. Some features would be really good to have on the offline app. Only had it one day but other than that the editing tools are perfect for my business needs.

I was accidentally billed after…
I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. My refund was effected very very quickly....never had such excellent and responsive service. This first class customer support is second to none. Highly recommend pdfFiller. Thanks a bunch.Sandra
