A lot of money to make a pretty presentation for the Federal Government. I have no other purpose for this program as I am retired. The program worked well and I had no problems with it's use.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! PDF when u can't PDF
Overall, this is a great software. I use often , and find it very helpful.
I mostly enjoy being able to use this software on my cell phone, and then able to complete PDF's when normally this would not be possible.
I love this software, but it is sometimes difficult to use. The features are not as basic as I'd like.

I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. AMAZING customer service if I ever need a PDF filler again I will most definitely be returning here. 10/10 across the board and will be recommending to my friends!!!!

How do I schedule an appointment?
Schedule from noon. Implement patient self-scheduling. Prioritize appointments. Confirm appointments with text and email appointment reminders. Create a patient waiting list. Use Automated Patient Receive and Recall.
Can you make an appointment at your local Social Security office?
To make an appointment in your local office DO NOT CALL THAT OFFICE. Local offices do not make their own appointments. Instead, call the toll-free number 1-800-772-1213. Social Security schedules appointments 2-4 weeks in the future.
Can you just walk into a Social Security office?
Yes, you can simply walk in. However, depending on the day, and how busy the office is, you will likely have a wait and should be prepared for that. Please be aware though that most things these days can be handled online or by phone.
How do I make an appointment with the Social Security office?
Make an Appointment. To schedule an appointment, call the Social Security Administration's general customer service line at 1-800-772-1213 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, or contact your local office during normal business hours.
