An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system
It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received.
The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

What is considered structural fill?
A structural fill is a material that is placed and compacted in accordance with approved design criteria in order to improve land for an intended use. Coal ash is a useful fill material due to its low unit weight, relatively high shear strength, and ease of handling and compaction.

What are Structural Fill and Embankments? Structural fill is a screened earthen material used to create a strong and stable base. For example, the native soil at a site may be too weak to support a structure, so the soil is replaced by compacted structural fill to provide the needed structural support.
What is non-structural fill?
Non-structural fill is a lesser quality material which does not meet the requirements of select fill or general fill material, and which may be used in non-structural zones of embankments.

Screenings. Screenings, otherwise known as FA5 or limestone screenings, are a great choice for backfill because it compacts well. Trench Back-Fill (TBF) Trench Back-Fill is somewhat similar to CA6/Grade 8, but may have smaller pieces of aggregate. CA7 Bedding Stone. CA6/CM06/Grade 8. 3 Stone.
